Dr. Nylus in the Council Room
Dr. Nylus is the scientist in charge of designing the TSC's own version of power armor.
He is obsessed with repairing the Ion Cannon, as he believes that this weapon will prevent the TSC from ever losing dominance over the wasteland.
His assistant Nam, is a brillant scientist, according to Nylus, but she does not talk to anyone besides him.
Dr. Nadia considers Nylus to be a ruthless bastard.
When Nylus left the Enclave, he thought that he could work on the restoration of Liberty Prime. When the Brotherhood of Steel rejected the Enclave defectors, he thought that he threw away his life as a scientist. But when he saw the Ion Cannon, he regained hope because he found an even more powerful weapon.
